Cursed Villainess’ Obsession

Chapter 127

Clang! Clang!

Unbelievable.

"Grrk! You're better than I thought! I figured you were just a nobody under that weird helmet, but…!!"

Clang!

Before I fully understood what had happened, I had already won the match. The left-handed slash from my opponent should have cleaved me in two, splitting my torso cleanly.

"Huff…!"

Yet, my body twisted smoothly, my sword moving fluidly to block the slash by angling it across my back. Maintaining the momentum of my spin, I unleashed a counterattack on the dual-wielding murderer.

Clang!

"Aaargh!!"

To my astonishment, the force of my strike sent the murderer flying, his massive frame soaring tens of meters before crashing to the ground.

"Huff, huff."@@novelbin@@

I stared blankly at the tip of my sword, still pointed forward. My breathing was ragged, yet the blade remained steady, unwavering in my hand.

‘How… how did I do that?’

The match had been an exchange of countless blows. The murderer, with his glinting eyes filled with killing intent, wielded his twin blades in unpredictable, relentless assaults.

And I, without a moment to think, had parried every single strike with just one sword.

Not only that, but I had even managed to launch counterattacks seamlessly, as if it were second nature.

Once again, that mysterious voice echoed in my mind.

‘Don’t give your opponent time to recover. Close the distance immediately.’

As the voice faded, my body moved on its own. I kicked off the ground, charging toward the opponent, who was still dazed after being slammed into the dirt.

"Uwaaahhh!!"

The murderer, disoriented and struggling to stand, opened his mouth in a scream as I closed the distance with alarming speed.

Maintaining my momentum, I swung my sword.

Whoosh!

The blade sliced through the air, producing a sound sharp and piercing, like the cry of a bird.

"Hiiiiiik!"
