Chapter 518: Chapter 518: Below the Wandering Swordsman, Awesome

The Flesh Degenerates were strong humans amongst the natives who had voluntarily undergone corruption and transformation by the Ancient gods while maintaining their human form and clear consciousness, thereby obtaining stronger powers granted by the Ancient gods. Each one was a Leader-class BOSS.

As for the Flesh Dominators, not only did they maintain a clear consciousness through the transformation, but they also inherited some traits of the Ancient gods, naturally possessing the ability to dominate other minions.

These Dominators were all Lord-class BOSSes, the rulers of this world, extremely powerful.

During his journey, Lin Xiao hadn’t even seen a Flesh Degenerate, only occasionally coming across scattered Flesh Corruptors. However, in the ruins, he saw traces of a Flesh Dominator.

Or rather, a part of a Flesh Dominator’s underlings.

Not giving the enemy time to react, the Wandering Swordsman brandished his greatsword as golden light surged, and with a fierce swing, he sent out a dazzling golden sword Qi in a semi-circular arc, cutting through everything within a hundred meters, including enemies.

A six-meter tall humanoid flesh degenerate on the distant platform raised its thick, tentacle-like arms and pointed at Sven, launching a massive blood-light over two to three hundred meters that struck Sven with a ‘boom’, causing damage numbers over one hundred thousand to appear.

This one attack could instantly kill any NPC below a Leader, let alone players; unless a high-defense, high-resistance warrior activated a damage reduction skill, no one could withstand this strike.

The terrifying force caused the flesh degenerates to take a step back, screaming orders to their subordinates to advance, as multiple beams of blood-light poured into its body and bolstered a huge red light barrier around it.

The thunder hammer collided with the blood sphere, setting off an explosion. The roaring wind blasted apart the shattered blood-light revealing the Wandering Swordsman, with a sword raised in a roar and a golden aura exploding outward from him. Gold light flashed in an unknown part of the sky, dispersing the clouds, and a dazzling golden column of light from an unknown place in the sky struck down, engulfing him as a gigantic golden War God phantom merged into the body of the Swordsman.

Power of God: Wandering Swordsman’s unique Hero Skill, the Wandering Swordsman has really done it now, summoning the Power of God to possess him, granting him Magic Immunity, multiplying all attributes by 10, ensuring every attack hits, lasting for 30 seconds or 10 attacks.

The transformed Wandering Swordsman swung his sword, and a solid golden sword Qi arc pierced through everything, flying hundreds of meters away, hitting all minions of the Ancient gods in the area, each one showing 910,000 damage.

One sword, and hundreds of minions of the Ancient gods on the platform were left with only a sliver of health except for the flesh degenerate.

Eight swords, and almost all the minions of the Ancient gods within the small city were dead.

The last two swords lacked worthy targets and vanished with the thirty-second duration.

All this left Lin Xiao as if in a dream; he knew that a Hero Lord was strong, but this was too strong. The Power of God’s final strike was ruthlessly devastating.

What surprised him even more was that his subordinate’s abilities had nothing to do with the Hero Skills he had just used, yet upon ascending to a Hero, he suddenly possessed these incredibly powerful Hero Skills—which made one wonder if the Dominator had preordained them.

Lin Xiao never dwelled on things he could not comprehend. Why bother with the principle? As long as it’s usable, that’s all that matters.

Having such a capable subordinate was a good thing; the upcoming plans would be easier to carry out.

The remaining minions in the city were left to his other subordinates to kill.
