Fear does not require complexity. The more intuitive it is, the more fear it instills.
The Creeping Disaster lived up to its name.
Concrete walls shattered like toy blocks. Emerging from the destruction was a grotesque giant.
Its face, stripped down to bone and skin, had three eyes that spun around. The massive spine supporting its head was sharp, like a dinosaur’s backbone.
With four arms extending from its spine, it had a humanoid shape but was clearly not human.
“Gggg, ggggrrr!!!”
Even those filled with confidence earlier couldn't help but feel a surge of fear.
“That’s… the Creeping Disaster…!!”

“Everyone focus! Don’t be scared! Begin firing!”
Daegu Defense Forces tanks opened fire in unison. Boom, boom! The 130mm smoothbore guns, capable of leveling buildings, covered the Creeping Disaster in smoke upon impact.
“Grggr, grrrrrr!!”
“Damn it, is that not enough?”
The monstrous figure remained standing, unfazed.
