Chapter 1775  Southern King

He wanted to take a bath and fortunately there is a pond in the lower part of the crystal palace.

He only thought of it and then he suddenly appears in that room.

The pond is the size of a large lake.

Azief lower himself down and take a bath, slowly and gently

Then after finished taking a bath, he conjured up a new clothes for himself.

Before, he wears the white robe lined with black. But now, he wears all black.

A hooded black cloak. In a way, he looks like the grim reaper minus the skeletal figure and the scythe

Azief only wear this kind of appearance when he wanted to intimidate someone.

The moment he wears this clothes, his entire aura changed.

Black aura billows from his cloaks and the entire area seems to be filled with dark smoke.

Azief close his eyes and when he opens his eyes he is already outside of the island. He did not seem to have any nostalgic feeling at all toward the Crystal Palace.

He simply jump up and then fly up toward the sky

And then he flies toward Pandemonium

The Central Region

The Pandemonium Palace or famously known as the Centre Palace is in the centre region of Pandemonium.

If one look from the sky view, one would see that the shape of Pandemonium is like an octagon with some of the sides more prominent than the other.

Hence, Pandemonium is divided into Western, Southern, Eastern, Northern and Central regions.

To understand the conflict of Pandemonium, one must understand what had changed in the past twenty years.

Great General Wang Jian is the Southern King.

He is given this title and he has the power to open government offices and create his own regime to support the Central Government.

He is the most loyal among all officials and this loyalty of his is praised by everyone and it is aid that even Death Monarch who rarely spoke any words of praise to his officials is remarked to have said in his private time, that among all the officials, he only trusted two person that would be loyal to him until the end and that is Wang Jian and Sasha.

Though he did also remark that the loyalty between the two is quite different.

Wang Jian is also given the title of the Great General.

Under him, there is a few army regiment that listens to his orders

In the past twenty years he has been pacifying the Southern region. There is many dungeons and many mines that he could mine for resources there.

The original resident of the Southern region before Pandemonium expanded again also migrate to Wang Jian territory.

There is prosperity, peace and security.

As for the monsters that would occasionally come out from the Turbulent Seas, Wang Jian uses the service of the people.

There is many people who have heroic ambition in their heart.

Wandering heroes that helps the people and villages.

There is many of such people in Pandemonium.

Established the world with martial virtues, hence the people of Pandemonium is very fond of fighting.

Everyone all strive to become more powerful.

And attacking monsters has many benefits.

Not only it would train them, these monsters would also give them experience points, resources, cores and sometimes unexpected benefits

The people in high realm might disdain to fight against these monsters for the benefit did not interest them but for people who wanted to start off the journey to breakthrough their realm from weak to strong, this is opportunity for them.

And when these people gather together, the force that they could unleash is very powerful.

Hence the Southern region is very prosperous, full of prosperity and Wang Jian rules the region like a lone king.

Wang Jian also has a beloved wife, Somi who is also called the Sword Fairy.

Wang Jian is generous and his wife is also not woman that is frivolous, supporting her husband and is known to the world as a pair of loving couple.

The Southern regime is quite powerful but most of the time they are quite obedient to the orders of the Central regime.

This only because Wang Jian is the kind of king that could see the bigger picture and also because he is truly loyal

Wang Jian himself has many advisors. He knows from the very beginning that he is not someone who could rule as he is more of a general.

But the title is given to him and whether he wanted to rule or not rule, the responsibility is given to him. It shows Death Monarch trust towards him and so he has to rule.

He has an advisor but this advisor could not have shown his talent before because in war, Wang Jian is quite capable.

But in governance, Wang Jian had to defer to this advisor of him. So, he follows the advice of this advisor, created a variety of ministries, each headed by a competent minister with even the office of the Prime Minister so that he could delegate power.

There is the Ministry of Internal Affairs headed by Zhang Ye. This Zhang Ye is actually the Royal Enforcer when Death Monarch established Eden in the fake world

But his position also changed after the few turmoil's of the world and Wang Jian once again recruited this person

Wang Jian trusted him that he would oversee local law enforcement and civil administration and maintain order

There is also the Ministry of Defense headed by Zhu Yuan.

Zhu Yuan is a City Magister during Eden time and he also has some experience in dealing with defense of the regional forces and with his connection he could coordinate with central military.

Ministry of Finance is headed Li Yuan

Ministry of Economic Development Wan Gaojun

Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources Xiao Yan

Ministry of Health is headed by Chu Feng

These three ministries are all headed by Councillors of Eden in the past before their position was changed to someone else when they returned back to the real world.

Because their ability is quite flexible they could easily head any one of these ministries.

There is also Ministry of Education, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Ministry of Environment and Sustainability and Ministry of Social Welfare

With all of these ministries Wang Jian could act like a carefree boss.

The word of the king is still the most powerful and also because even if Minister of Defense wanted to rebel, they also need to see who they rebel against.

Wang Jian is still the Southern Suppressing General. And in Pandemonium if someone tries to rebel against Wang Jian, the other parts of the Pandemonium would crush these rebel forces like a giant crushing an ant.

Because Wang Jian also has ally like Athena and Freya. It is the same for Freya and Athena who also has a support of the military faction

The world is not like the world before the Fall, but there is still some things that did not change.

Wang Jian create all of these ministries and it shows how much he cares about the people. And so many people migrate to his region whether it be people from Earth or people form the Other worlds.

Twenty years of peace, twenty years of security, twenty years of recuperation, the population boom in the Southern region outpaced many regions in Pandemonium and is only inferior to the Central region.

There is also the office of the Prime Minister whose job is to oversee the functioning of all ministries, coordinate policies, and act as the chief advisor to the king.

This position is given to Eurus.

Why?

Is he because he is a great talent?

No.

Compared to many of the ministers, he is not that much of a great talent. But he knows how to do his job, loyal and steadfast, calm when in a crisis and could judge things

This is enough for Wang Jian.

At the same time, he also did not want the court he created to be full of people from Eden old regime.

The Eden old regime was not given high position in the Central regime because Sasha has her own factions and people she needed to appease and the old position of Eden did not have any weight in Pandemonium

That is why it is so easy for them to be courted by Wang Jian. Wang Jian also created the Office of Strategic Planning and Development and the one heading this office is called the Director of Strategic Planning

This title and position is given to Milos. Milos also recruited his acquaintances like Burt who build the buildings of many City Lords of Pandemonium. These are old veterans of the regime.

With these ministries, the Southern regime has been able to effectively govern and achieve security, prosperity, and strength.

Wang Jian because of this suggestion has been thought of as a wise king. His ministers ensure that the regional policies are aligned with the central government's directives while maintaining regional autonomy.

In twenty years, the desolate and spare southern region is prosperous.

But in those twenty years, there is also conflict between the Central region and the Southern region
