Athena and Iris bowed respectfully before me, but their eyes immediately shifted to Prometheus, bound in chains.
Athena, still fully armed, stepped forward and spoke first.

“So, you captured Prometheus.”
“Yes. I couldn’t find Epimetheus, but I managed to catch Prometheus while he was fleeing.”
“I see.”

“Heh, heh, heh…”

While Prometheus chuckled darkly, Iris shifted nervously and continued.

“With Atlas missing, Zeus’s sacred beast slain, and Prometheus unaccounted for, Olympus held a council.
Among the ruling gods, the only ones absent were Poseidon and you, Hades, so we came here in person…”

Poseidon’s absence from Olympus was an unexpected boon.
Given his tendency to move between Olympus and the seas, it wasn’t entirely surprising.
However, considering the timing… it raised the possibility that he might have quarreled with Zeus or was plotting a rebellion of his own.

A power-hungry god like him wouldn’t miss such a prime opportunity, especially when Zeus’s authority was faltering.
It felt as if the Moirai—the Fates themselves—were smiling upon my rebellion.

“So Poseidon is staying in the seas? Hmph. That’s suspicious, considering he once tried to overthrow Olympus. What do you think, Athena?”
“…Dionysus has been sent to the seas.”
