[Your level has increased to level 147, granting you five skill points and a boost in stats.]

[Experience: 19,545,000/54,000,000] (level 147)

A 12-level increase at this stage of the Domination class was no joke. It was incredible, actually.

By basing his assumptions on the level of the opponents he could now fight, Stark guessed the maximum for his class was between 200 and 250, though there was no guarantee there even was a limit.

Basically, Stark was getting close to becoming one of the strongest.

Still, when he thought back to the sheer power of Follower, Stark was sure that thing could be described as at least a level 750 threat.

After checking out his panels and realizing he wouldn't get a new class and skill until he leveled up three times more, Stark took a deep breath and looked around.

All of it was destroyed.

Almost no buildings remained intact, and the classifiers who had been watching from afar had fled the moment they saw the [Darkness Blade] glowing.

Stark stood amidst the ruins, the desolation surrounding him a stark contrast to the storm of power that coursed through his veins.

The air was heavy with ash, debris scattered as far as the eye could see, and the remnants of Follower's rampage echoed in the distance.

He had truly caused utter chaos in the capital.

And he said it himself: "It's only the beginning."

If no classifier, even those at level 900 and above, couldn't do anything, then who was the one that needed to act?

Would it be Stark again?

The boy looked up at the sky. It was dark. The [Angel of the Spear] hovered above him, its colossal form still holding its weapon, ready to strike at any moment.

Stark had wanted to recall the spear after defeating Follower, but seeing the sheer number of people still around him, he decided to keep it ready. Who knew what might happen next?

And then came the classifiers.

They revealed themselves, emerging from behind shattered buildings, from the shadows of the streets, and even from the wreckage itself.

Despite their numbers, none of them had dared to act during the chaos.

What would have happened if Stark died? Would they have fought, or run away to another country to save their own skin?

They were cowards, but in the end, were those that died from Follower's attacks any better?

In the end, the true winners were those survived, weren't they?

"..."

"..."

"..."

All those classifiers approached Stark, looking at him with fearful looks, yet the boy was unfazed.

He just wanted to go home and check if the girls were alright.

[Kill them to go home quicker :)]

A panel appeared in front of Stark at that moment, one that was... weird.

"Huh?"

Before he could process the strange notification, it vanished.

"Am I going crazy?" he tilted his head, "Well, I guess it doesn't matter..."

"Stark Heartsouls!" someone called his name, and once he turned around he saw... Arthur Moonless, the archer.

[He's annoying, get rid of him :)]

Another panel appeared, covering Arthur's face, but Stark shook his head.

"Arthur..." Stark mumbled, looking at the man directly, "Why are you here?"

"Are you serious? Do you not see the chaos around us?" Arthur exclaimed. "Everyone was watching, ready to intervene if anything went wrong."

[Then why didn't they intervene when you were about to be killed by Follower? :)]

[They're liars... :)]

And at that moment, Stark understood: these panels weren't some strange entity that appeared before him and took control of his body.

They were his true other classes' thoughts, materialized in the form of panels.

At this point in time, Stark had no idea that the whole world had been watching the trial.

"Well, that crazy guy came out of nowhere and I had to intervene, I was just walking around here," he smiled, and at those words, everyone looked at one another, confused what the hell was he talking about.

"Stark, so that's his name," another classifier advanced, it was Mike Gardenis.

[Annoying bastards, I could trash you all whenever I want.]

"..."

"Drop the gig, Stark, everyone knows."

"[Everyone knows of what? :)]"

"Of the Domination Trial."

"Oh?"

[We better kill anyone who knows, then, can't let all those people who could become Godless Followers like that fanatic know of our secrets.]

"It was broadcasted to the whole world, there's no need to deny it," Mike Gardenis smiled.

[Forget it then, just kill the whole world :)]

Was it because Stark was exhausted that these thoughts were appearing in front of him? Or was it a new passive perk gained from leveling up or defeating Follower?

At that moment, though, the real Stark understood the implication of what the trial wanted to tell them.

Since the moment they reached the square and those panels appeared before them, everything had already been set in stone.

"Now the whole world will know" was literal, it meant that everyone outside would be watching the trial and know of what's happening there.

It was bad, probably, but at this point there was nothing he could do except but get stronger.

"Very good to know all of this," Stark smiled warmly, "But I have better things to do than to [sit around and talk to a bunch of cowards]."

"Huh?"

"What?"

"The fuck is he saying?!"

"[I said what I needed to say, problem?]"

Stark was actively letting some of his classes' thoughts take over: he could control them, that was easy, but the fact he was saying them himself was from his own doing.

He truly despised all of these people.

"Calm down, Stark," Arthur, who previously acted all high and mighty because of his overwhelming strength, was now cautious after realizing that Stark was stronger than he was, "We can talk about this, you like my daughter don't you?"

[...Is he seriously trying to do that :)?]

"I'm calm, don't worry, I want to go home to..."

[...Fuck your daughter :)]

"...See if the girls are alright," he finished, though he really was about to let it slip.

"..."

"..."

"..."

All the classifiers looked at one another, sweating from their brow.

"I'm sorry, Stark, but you can't leave, not now, especially when you're one of the three survivors of this hell we witnessed."

"Hahaha!" Stark laughed, not able to keep it in, and at that sight, many classifiers backed away, "Do you... truly think you can stop me, Arthur?"

The man had no answer to that question.

Before Stark could push further, someone appeared behind him, moving faster than even his heightened senses could detect.

A sharp tap hit the back of his neck.

[Stark has been knocked out.]

Everything went black.

The last thing Stark heard before succumbing to unconsciousness was Arthur's voice, fading into the distance:

"What are you doing?!"

Just like that, Stark was sent out cold, too exhausted to realize it, as otherwise he would have surely noticed and countered.

"We'll be taking him with us," the man that knocked out Stark bowed, and while holding the boy, vanished out of everyone's vision.

"WHAT?!"

"SOMEONE FIND HIM!"

"HE TOOK CHOSEN! GET HIM!"

The classifiers scrambled, but it was too late. Stark was gone.
