Chapter 762: Cute

Chapter 762: Cute

Cassarae melted into Sylas' arms. She had never thought that a kiss could taste so good.

She had kissed Sylas before, but this was probably the first time in their lives that he had actually taken the initiative to do so of his own Will.

He wasn't holding back anymore, unleashing that bestial desire he had always had, but also wanted to rein in and keep under control.

And Cassarae could only say that she was too attracted to it. So attracted that she had practically no physical resistance to it all. When Sylas was like this, she felt like she would be willing to let him do whatever he wanted, no matter how embarrassing it was.

Of course, she would make him pay for it later quite dearly. But for right now...

Cassarae shivered as she felt a strong pair of hands grasp her ass, lifting her up and onto her desk. She barely managed to wrap an arm around Sylas' back as a cascade of unlocking buckles and unwinding strings filled her ears.

Sylas' telekinesis seemed to have a mind of its own, pulling her clothing off with a practiced ease as though he had watched it hundreds of times before when in reality... it had only been

once.

But for him, just once was enough.

Cassarae lifted her arms into the air in a rare showing of obedience. Their lips separated for a brief instant as her armor was pulled over her head, before greedily snapping back together. Sylas only caught a glimpse of the healthy bound of her chest, a proud bust that stood much too perkily given their size, the gentle blush of her caramel skin, and just the slightest darkened down of her nipples.

But what he failed to see in sight was more than made up for by their feel against his chest. There was a rush in his breath. Maybe the Scorned Wraps weren't so bad after all. Thanks to them and his restrictions in clothing, he was able to feel such a softness flesh to flesh.

Sylas' thumbs pushed their way into Cassarae's waistband. He pulled her up with a strength that pulsed from his biceps, almost tossing her into the air.

Her pants were pulled away by a single strong tug of his telekinesis, almost sending them ripping through the wooden boards and down to the first floor below.

Cassarae's hands greedily scoped out Sylas' body. Her words about all men in this era having chiseled bodies having already long since been flung to the back of her mind. She simply couldn't get enough of it all.

BANG!

Her desk trembled as she was pushed into it, her eyes glazing over as she looked up at Sylas. Her legs wrapped tightly around his waist, inviting him in with a parting of both lips, both moist, but only one inhaling and exhaling in a feverish cadence.

"ТА. ТА. ТА.

An awkward clearing of a voice came from the other side of Cassarae's closed office door.

"I have do not want to see what's going on behind this door right now," Olivia's voice came through the gaps in the door, "but you two know we're kind of, sort of, just maybe, in the middle of a war, right?"

Sylas and Cassarae looked toward the door at the same time, both of them slightly peeved.

"Hey, hey. I can feel your glares from over here. Don't think I can't. But this really isn't my fault, okay? News came. The two other System Cities are moving their armies toward us, and there's movement from the other side of the portal as well. They're coming and we kind of need you two."

"Yes, dear!" Geraldene's voice came causing Cassarae to almost faint from exasperation. "You had months to lock him down like this, you can't blame us."

For some reason, Cassarae's mother sounded a bit disappointed.

At this point, even Sylas' face became a bit weird. How long had they been out there?

"Hey, this doesn't change anything." Paul's voice came. "I won the bet."

"You did not!"

"I did. I did."

How many people were out there, exactly?

All the heat that had been in Cassarae's eyes faded with the tide. She covered her breasts with

an arm and pulled herself up, pushing at Sylas' chest with a hand.

She looked quite fed up. "... And just when I was finally about to get some dick," she

mumbled.

Sylas shook his head, his lip quirking slightly. He reached forward, pulling Cassarae's arm

down. Her breasts fell in a healthy jiggle.

"What are you doing?" Cassarae hissed.

Sylas didn't reply, just looking at their plump swaying.

Cassarae was speechless for a moment, then angry, and then she began to laugh.

Seemingly finally satisfied, Sylas nodded and then his telekinesis flared, quickly putting Cassarae's clothes back on much faster than she could on her own.

However, deep inside, he was still greatly unsatisfied.

Cassarae hopped down from her desk, moving to Sylas and leaning forward. She looked a bit adorable, clasping her hands behind her back and looking up at his face as though she was trying to study it intimately.

"You looked like a little boy at the candy store. That was cute." She said with a bright smile. She didn't seem to be teasing him, she seemed genuinely happy. It was rare Sylas brazenly showed his desires like that. "But if you think this means I'm yours, you have another thing coming."

"Is that so?" Sylas asked.

"You told me the truth, but now you have to learn how to lie."

Sylas fell silent. "... What?"

Cassarae beamed. "I can let you into my pants, but you're not going to get into my heart like that. My body doesn't know how to control itself when it's around you, but my heart, youn/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

see... it's still not very happy with how you left us."

Sylas met her gaze, she seemed to be smiling, but he could tell that she was very serious about this. The hurt from then was very much still there.

"Okay. I understand."
